Building and operating a modern cloud platform requires a deep understanding of virtualization technology, the Linux kernel and many other aspects. By using OnApp, an IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) suite of software, all the complexity of the cloud is hidden from the user, allowing us to fully automate complicated tasks such as the provisioning of new cloud servers, replication of data across the SAN, and providing on-demand scalability and automatic failover.

Hardware Specifications

All hypervisors have the following minimum specifications.

  • Dual Intel Xeon E5-26xx Series CPU or greater
  • Minimum 32 GB DDR3 ECC RAM
  • Intel Data Center Edition SSD in RAID10 with striping for up to 12 Gb/s read/write rate
  • Capable of 20 Gb/s network throughput which can be easily upgraded to 40 Gb/s
  • Separate public and private network ports (NIC), allowing unmetered, secure transfer between internal servers

Our public cloud offers straight-forward pricing that is easy to understand. You may choose to pay a monthly fixed price for your cloud server, or hourly, resource-based billing, where you only pay for the computing resources that your organization actually uses and nothing more. Our public cloud offers a unique multi-tenant environment where scaling resources is as easy as dragging a slider across the screen.

  • Bandwidth: Each cloud server includes 5 TB of outbound bandwidth and unlimited inbound bandwidth. Additional bandwidth can be purchased if needed.

  • Billing frequency: We bill weekly for cloud resources used. You will be invoiced once per week at the hourly rate agreed for usage that previous week.

  • Hourly billing: Clients are required to keep a minimum deposit of $5 at all times to cover the hourly expenses for their server.
